Order Confirmation

Once you placed an order, you will receive an email for order confirmation with Payment Instructions. Once your payment received, we will send you a second email confirming your order is now in processing.

In case if we are not able to fulfill your order for some reason or there is a payment problem, then we will contact you.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order/s is in processing it will likely be shipped within 24-48 hours. A shipment confirmation mail will be E-mailed to you accompanied with an order tracking number, order tracking links and how to contact us if you have any queries.

Incorrect or faulty product

Genericstrip offers a replacement or refund if any products delivered to you are damaged or incorrect.

Returns, Refunds & Changes to your Order

  • When a customer places an order, an email is sent to them by Genericstrip which confirms the order placed by the customer. There is another email that follows the confirmation mail and is likely to be received within 24 hours from placing the order. This email processes the order and shows that it will be dispatched shortly.
  • In case there is an issue regarding the payment, like a non-completion of the payment, an email is sent to the client addressing the same.
  • Genericstrip offer 100% payment refund or reshipment of the products ordered by you If for any reason your order does not reach you within a maximum of 28 working days. If for some reason,
  •  your order does not show up or is damaged in transit, we will ship you another package or issue you a full refund as per your request. If an item or items are returned to us due to non-compliance issues with your country’s import laws and customs regulations, a 100% payment refund will be issued.
  • Genericstrip in case of partial orders, charge according to the products received by the client. All the transactions that start from placing an order to you it reaching your doorsteps take around 20 to 30 days.

Reshipments of Lost orders

  • We don’t generally face such scenarios but we cannot predict what’s going to happen tomorrow. We will generally reship all the orders or refund our customers in case the package is lost at our end during the transit period.
  • We bear the entire loss for the customer barring the taxes and customs duty. But in cases where the customers have not received their packages even after 21 days at maximum for all local and international orders the customer needs to get in touch with our helpline number.
  • In general, we will reship the product to the customer or ship the delivery once again for free this time. But such requests have to be made to our helpline and customer care executive within a maximum of 8 weeks post the final order placement.
  • We don’t refund or reship your package if you come to us informing us that you have not received your package after 8 weeks.
  • You will obtain a refund or have the product reshipped to you if the order is received damaged or not at all. Usually, this is determined by the buyer’s call and can be either reimbursed or reshipped based on their preference.
  • Before a buyer can apply for a refund, they are required to wait for the minimum of 30 days from the day the order is placed. If there are any questions regarding the order or the product in general, Genericstrip offer telephonic support to each one of you.
  • The refund policy holds eligible for everyone as long as the product that is sent back to us can be resold. The only requirement is that the product should be sealed as it is, unused and unopened and should not exceed the expiry date of it.
