Order Confirmation

We will give you an order confirmation as soon as your order is placed. You ought to receive a follow-up email confirming the status of your order within the next 24 hours. We will email you if there is a problem with payment or if we are unable to complete your order.

Shipping Confirmation

Your order will probably be mailed that same day once it has finished processing. You will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and, if necessary, a track and trace number. The email will include information on normal shipping timeframes and how to get in touch with us with any inquiries. We can ship to your home address or your work if you prefer.

The shipping charge is flat $30. International Speed post is the preferred shipping method as it is more secure and less likely to be stolen or lost. It does require a signature on delivery. If you are not available at the time of delivery a notice will be left to advise of the attempted delivery and how to contact the post office to arrange a redelivery or at which post office it is be stored for collection. They will hold them there for 4 weeks before they are returned to us.

PO Boxes & APO Address

We can deliver to PO Boxes and APO addresses as long as the delivery method. On your My Account page, simply set your Primary Shipping Address to your PO Box or APO address as required.

Delivery Times

Most orders are shipped out within 24 to 48 hours after your order being placed. The postal or courier provider is solely to blame for the delivery schedules. The normal shipping times are displayed in the table above. Please be advised that customs may hold your order for 6 to 15 business days before getting in touch with you if they are holding it for unpaid import duties. Please give your order an extra week for delivery if it hasn’t arrived within the above-mentioned regular delivery window before contacting us to find out if it’s just been delayed, held up at customs, or lost altogether.

Customers

Since we operate offshore in India, your local customs office will handle your order as though it were an import. There may be a delay while Customs processes your order after your package passes through. To ensure that you are not inconvenienced during this phase, we advise you to always order ahead of time and allow extra time. The time lag between them getting in touch with you can range from a few days to up to three weeks.
