Cabgolin 0.5Mg Tablet is primarily prescribed for the treatment of hyperprolactinemic disorders, either idiopathic or due to pituitary adenomas. The drug is basically a dopamine receptor agonist, which prevents the pituitary gland from producing large quantities of prolactin.
