In patients whose tumours overexpress human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 positive (HER2) and who have progress after treatment with other anti-cancer agents such as an anthracycline, taxane, or trastuzumab, this medicine is indicate in combination with capecitabine for the treatment of advance or metastatic breast cancer.
